A helicopter carrying tourists in the Grand Canyon area collapsed. As a result of the incident, three people died and at least four were injured.
“At about 17.20, the helicopter carrying a pilot and six passengers crashed into the Quartermaster Canyon, which is part of the Grand Canyon. Three passengers were confirmed dead, and four others were injured, “said police chief Francis E. Bradley.
According to a spokesman for the Federal Aviation Authority, the aircraft suffered “substantial damage.”
